Our turtle populations are in decline.  We have recently developed guidelines for what to do if you accidentally catch a turtle while angling. They can be found at this link:

What a great idea!  Well done.  Any thoughts on how you will distribute this info to anglers?

If its available in poster form, I'd suggest posting at Fredericton Outfitters, Doak's, Cabela's, Bass Pro, and the hunt/fish areas in Canadian Tire,  Granted, Doak's caters pretty much exclusively to fly fishermen so the odds of a hook-up are slim, but it certainly could happen.  (I've hooked alligators on two occasions while fly fishing in South Carolina - you think a TURTLE is tricky to release? :D ).
