hi guys,
i'm just wondering where abouts on the petitcodiac river the salisbury net is that the DFO are monitoring the species of fish in the system..

you can see it from the rail bridge it's just up river( new keyboard:)

ummm what rail bridge, i'm not from their soo i'm not sure where abouts your talking about. Is it in north river.??
you mean the rail bridge downtown petitcodiac..??

The trap net on the Peticodiac River is between the old rail bed and the Coverdale road that cross over into Salisbury.

Here is what they found in the trap net so far this year. A remarkable turnaround - for most, not all, species.

so does mean that you can use a "salmon fly" on the river now? like green machines and such, and is there a "good spot" to fly fish for the sea runs in the spring time??? :P

aslong as you are not tageting salmon, shouldn't be a problem
